Sea freight (FCL/LCL)
Primary mode for spices, agro commodities, steel and textiles. Shipped from Mundra, Nhava Sheva, Chennai, Visakhapatnam and Krishnapatnam.
Air freight
For high-value, low-volume cargo (electronics, pharma, samples). Hub airports: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi.
Reefer & ventilated containers
Fresh onions and seafood ship in temperature-controlled or ventilated 40' HC containers.

Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Phytosanitary, Fumigation, Health Certificates — emailed within 48 hours of sail.
Cargo insurance
ICC-A Marine Cargo Insurance arranged on request for CIF and DDP shipments through ICICI Lombard, New India Assurance or buyer-nominated underwriter.

GCC 7–10 days · SE Asia 10–15 days · EU 22–28 days · USA East Coast 28–35 days · USA West Coast 22–30 days · Africa 18–35 days.
Incoterms® 2020 we trade on
EXW · FOB · CFR · CIF · CPT · CIP · DAP · DDP. We default to CIF for first-time buyers and switch to FOB or DDP based on the buyer's freight contracts and customs setup at destination.
Lead time from order confirmation
Spices and agro: 15–25 days · Electronics: 30–45 days · Processed foods: 20–30 days · Bulk chemicals: 25–40 days. Lead time begins on LC confirmation or receipt of agreed advance.
Claims & damages
Inspect cargo on arrival in the presence of carrier representatives. File any quality or quantity claim within 14 days, supported by independent survey report, BL endorsement and photographs. Insurance claims are coordinated end-to-end with the underwriter.
