MOQ varies by product. For spices and agricultural commodities, we typically work from 1 x 20' FCL (≈ 20 MT). For electronics like power banks, MOQ starts at 500 units. Please contact our trade desk for product-specific MOQs.

What are your accepted payment terms?

Accepted Answer

We accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% advance and 70% against shipping documents, CAD (Cash Against Documents), and DA/DP terms for established buyers. All payments are routed through scheduled commercial banks in India.

Which Incoterms do you trade on?

We quote on FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, and DDP (Incoterms 2020). Most agricultural exports ship on CFR/CIF basis from Mundra, Nhava Sheva, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, or Krishnapatnam ports.

Do you provide pre-shipment samples?

Yes. Free samples up to 500 g are dispatched via DHL/FedEx; the buyer covers courier charges. For bulk samples or custom specifications, sample cost is quoted separately and adjusted against the first commercial order.

What certifications and documentation do you provide?

Standard export documents include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Chamber of Commerce / SAFTA / APTA), Phytosanitary Certificate (Plant Quarantine), Fumigation Certificate, Health Certificate (for food products), FSSAI, APEDA RCMC, Spices Board certification, and pre-shipment inspection reports from SGS / Bureau Veritas / Intertek on request.

What is your typical lead time from order to shipment?

Lead times: spices and agro commodities — 15 to 25 days after LC confirmation or advance receipt; electronics — 30 to 45 days subject to component availability; processed foods — 20 to 30 days. Transit times vary by destination: GCC 7–10 days, EU 22–28 days, USA East Coast 28–35 days.

Do you handle customs clearance and inland logistics?

Yes. Our in-house CHA partners handle export clearance at Indian ports. For DDP shipments we coordinate with destination clearing agents to deliver door-to-door. For FOB/CFR shipments, the buyer's freight forwarder takes over at the load port.

What is your quality assurance process?

Every consignment passes a three-stage QC: origin inspection at the farm/factory, pre-loading inspection at our warehouse, and pre-shipment inspection by a third-party agency on request. We maintain retention samples for 12 months for traceability.
