We collect business contact details (name, company, email, phone, country) submitted through our enquiry forms, plus standard website telemetry (IP, browser, pages visited). For transactions, we additionally collect tax IDs, banking references and shipping addresses required for cross-border trade.

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, issue quotations, process orders, prepare export documentation, comply with customs and regulatory obligations, and send periodic trade updates you have opted into.

3. Sharing of Information

We share data only with: (a) freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHAs and inspection agencies to fulfil your order; (b) banks for trade-finance settlement; (c) statutory authorities (Customs, DGFT, APEDA, Spices Board) as required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Trade and accounting records are retained for 8 years as required under Indian tax and customs law. Enquiry-only data is retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with role-based access. Payment instructions are exchanged through authenticated banking channels only — we never request payment via informal messaging.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to prasangiexports@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
