Eternz.
A multi-brand jewellery marketplace, launched from zero with a storefront, a seller experience and a growth engine built in one continuous sprint.
A marketplace launch that had to look like a flagship on day one.
Positioning, storefront design, catalogue architecture and a full performance program shipped end to end and handed over with an always on growth retainer.
What we delivered.
A marketplace with no shelf and no story.
Eternz had supply, sellers and ambition but no consumer-facing surface. Everything had to be built: the promise, the shelf, the trust signals and the acquisition engine, all at once.
Curation over inventory.
Rather than lead with volume, we led with edit. Collections were merchandised like a house brand, sellers surfaced as makers, and trust was engineered into every step from PDP to delivery promise.
A catalogue architecture that scales past 10k SKUs.
Faceted search, seller aware templates and a componentised PDP that stays fast as the catalogue grows. Structured data across every collection, and a 1.4s LCP on mobile.
Growth from the first week live.
Paid search and social were scoped around intent clusters rather than SKUs, paired with lifecycle flows for a considered purchase window. ROAS settled at 3.9x on cold spend inside two months.
A marketplace that reads like a house edited, calm and unmistakably premium.

“They launched an entire marketplace with us brand, storefront and growth and it looked finished from the first day it went live.”
