How does billing work for one time projects?+
Website and branding projects are billed 50 / 30 / 20 across kickoff, design and launch. Care plans, content and performance marketing are billed monthly in advance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my care plan?+
Yes you can switch between Orbit Lite, Growth and Enterprise anytime. Changes apply from the next billing cycle.
What does performance based pricing mean?+
For lead generation, D2C ecommerce, and sales-based campaigns we can work on a commission or revenue-share model up to 10% on top of or in place of a fixed retainer.
Do the long term plans include everything in the monthly plan?+
Yes. 6-month plans get 10% off and 12-month plans get 20% off same scope, same deliverables, better price.
