House of Meraki.
A soulful, heirloom grade jewellery house rebuilt into a modern D2C flagship that lets craft, story and commerce breathe on the same page.
A quiet luxury house, given a flagship worthy of its craft.
Brand refinement, editorial led web build, and a full content + performance program shipped end to end across a 14-week engagement, with an always on growth retainer.
What we delivered.
A quietly loved jewellery house without a home online.
House of Meraki had a devoted clientele and a serious craft story but a template store that flattened every piece into the same tile. The site under sold the atelier, the price point, and the softness of the brand.
Editorial as merchandising, not decoration.
We treated the site less like a catalogue and more like a slow magazine long lookbooks, quiet product films, and copy that placed each stone in a moment. Cart friction was cut in half without losing the ceremony around checkout.
A headless flagship, tuned for craft and speed.
A headless Shopify build with a bespoke editorial layer, colour managed imagery pipeline, and an on page appointment flow for high ticket enquiries. LCP came in at 1.3s across the collection templates.
A performance engine that respects the brand.
Paid social and search were re-scoped around collection stories, not SKUs, and paired with a lifecycle CRM tuned to a considered-purchase window. Six months in, online revenue was +212% and ROAS held at 4.7x on cold spend.
A soft, editorial system designed to make each piece feel worn, not merchandised.

“OrbitSite understood the softness of the brand from day one. They shipped a flagship that finally feels like the atelier and the numbers followed.”
